Very few individuals and companies have used the outsourcing services element. They have not gotten a chance to use these services hence its advantages are still unknown to them. In such a situation, it would b very difficult for a person to experience a difference in services provision especially from external sources. They will never know why outsourcing is the best thing to give to both large and small companies. It could be that there is fear of indulging in these activities because of the repercussions that the person thinks will result through use f thee outsourced services. Such a person who fears needs to be reassured about the services and what their company stands to gain from them. Others might not have any interest in outsourced services. These lots would need massive education on the subject which will show them the importance of them considering outsourcing. This task of convincing people to engage in this exercise is challenging and one needs to have patience in order to pursue this persuasion mission. One should not expect a lot from the exercise because not everyone would buy the idea.
