I seldom go online on Facebook Chat but earlier I did for no apparent reason, I just felt like it. I saw a lot of people who are also online but did not really feel like talking to any of them. I tinkered a bit on my iTunes when I noticed a message from Doi. She was asking me if I am free this weekend, Saturday afternoon to be exact. I asked her why and said I do not have anything planned for that day. She said she's attending this free symposium together with Rachel on effective methods in generating web site traffic. Seeming to entice me to go with them she said there's going to be free snacks with unlimited iced tea. I rolled my eyes, like that would be enough to convince me to go. Talks like that tend to be long and downright boring and I can suddenly think of a hundred things to do which are more interesting than going with her to a symposium. I told her straight up that am not interested and I'd rather sleep the afternoon away than join her. |

For some odd reason Miranda developed a sudden obsession for white gold engagement rings. Don't get me wrong I think they are very beautiful but isn't that something a guy gets you when he proposes that you guys spend the rest of your lives together? Miranda said she could not wait to own one and so she'll go buy one for herself. There's no rule against buying an engagement ring when you're still single right? While we listened to her go on and on about engagement rings Ella entered the room and asked if anyone knows how to get website listed on google. She just started her own blog site and wants people to know about it. Moreover she wants it to appear in the search results when doing a Google search. Upon hearing this Lucy said that she should not worry about that for now. She just started her blog so she should worry about putting up content first and then work on optimizing it for the web later on. Lucy sure knows a lot about how the web works. |

My brother, Phil, never fails to amaze me. He is to me the smartest guy in the whole world. Many don't think so when they first lay eyes on him, but wait till you hear my brother talk about how to rank high in search engines and stuff like that. He is so knowledgeable about strategies to sell products and services. In fact, young as he may be, Phil is already a consultant for various companies in the country. Yes, my brother is paid to think and he is enjoying every moment of it. What is so endearing about Phil is not actually his intelligence, but his unassuming attitude. Phil does not enjoy all the attention he gets. As a matter of fact, he would rather work quietly - behind the scene if possible. When he comes home, he never makes us feel that he is extra special. He has remained to be respectful to our parents and to me. It's amazing how he does not make any decisions without consulting us, even when we know very well that he is responsible enough to decide on so many things. I just love my brother. |

It is Friday and Carla can't wait for lunch. That's because she is meeting up with her good friend, Liza, whom she has not seen in ages. Liza called a few days ago, asking if they could see each other because she has something important to share to Carla. Excited to know what her good friend was up to, Liza made time right away. In their favorite hangout place, the two finally met. After a lot of hugs and kisses, Carla finally asked, So what's up with you? Smiling, Liza replied, I am getting married in a couple of days and I would really love for you to come to London. I am excited for you to meet Bob. He's a great guy. No one knew exactly what happened to Rob the day he got lost. It has been three years since he has been declared as a missing person by police authority and yet until now, there are no clear details yet that could point to Rob's whereabouts. The only thing that gives his loved ones comfort is to know that there is a big possibility that he may still alive. The fact that there was no sighting of his dead body is enough reason not to declare him dead. This gives his family and friends hope that one day, he would just reappear. Rob is remembered by people as a good person. He was generous to his family and very supportive to his friends. When my sister comes over to visit every holiday, my television set is no longer mine but hers, she even gets of resetting all the channels ans she deletes all the soccer games I have saved there. When she is around as much I get cooked food and all, I do not get to watch any soccer games because she is always hogging on the television set watching very chic flick movies, shows and soap operas, something you will never find me doing even if you paid me.
