Do not underestimate the knowledge of an expert.

My best friend had just finished her masters degree course and she was planning to throw a celebration party to appreciate her efforts. She ran out of Party ideas and so she called us in to help. My sister and I were so eager to help. We had so much to help her do, because we had organized so many parties in our town so far. This is because we had done catering in college. We charged for our serves but I could not charge anything for my best friend. We started by drawing up a plan from the money she had said she was going to spend in the party. Then, we took a list of the guests that were going to be invited. After that, we planned on other tings like music an refreshments as well as the food to be served. She wanted to have snacks only since the party was going to be held later in the afternoon. We managed to get everything ready for her by the end of one week, and what we needed was the money in order to put he plan into action. Her party turned out to be better than she had figured it out.

I am torn between home and a job.

After college, I got a job abroad. I wanted so much to work abroad but I did no think I was going to miss my home country this much especially my family and friends. I have been in this country for three years now, and although I visit my country once in a while, its not enough because all my childhood memories are still there. I remember the vintage tea party I attended the last week before I traveled with all my friends and my family. They were wishing me a good stay and that hurt so much. I still remember my younger brother urging me to reconsider but I was too ambitious to do that. Now I understand how they were feeling then. Being away from home is not very easy at all. I have thought about quitting my job and going back home several times, but I do not have the strength to cancel my contract. I really need to work but at least in my home country where I can always be close to my family.
