Demanding for a Defective Samsung Cell Phone Replacement

I received a cell phone last Sunday from a friend, who recently arrived from California. She called me up a while ago to find out what I think about the present she sent me. Unfortunately, I had to tell her that the device has a number of defects. When I tried placing a call using the phone, I hardly hear the voice of the person on the other line. I already tried troubleshooting it by consulting its instruction manual, but it seems like the settings are all correct. When she heard about this, she immediately asked me to look for the hotline where we can refer consumer complaints samsung. She told me that she purchased this item from a well-known establishment but she failed to check if it’s working properly before she paid for it. I will try to look for Samsung’s customer service contact details the soonest possible time. I have to let them know that they put up for sale a defective item and this is likely to spoil their image if they do not replace immediately.
